Regional ALN Transformation Lead
The Welsh Government is determined to deliver a fully inclusive education system for learners in Wales, where needs are identified early, addressed quickly and all learners are supported to reach their full potential. We want planning to be flexible and responsive, and our professionals to be skilled and confident. We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable individual who can lead and inspire, and has the vision to deliver the implementation of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill across the South West and Mid Wales region (Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Swansea County Council areas).
The appointment will be as a secondment or fixed term contract to 31/03/2022. A part time arrangement will be considered.
The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
