Missing ball games? Steff, who usually provides P.E lessons in schools, is here to help you keep on top of your skills. Grab any ball you have to hand, and follow the moves to help improve your throwing, catching and general co-ordination. You don’t need to be a skilled footballer to take part in this session – you can even use a toilet roll for some of the moves!

Fitness with Steff Sgiliau
Steff is back with a fitness session using items you already have in the house. Fill a rucksack with tins or bottles, equivalent to a weight that’s comfortable for you. Remember, the more weight you add to the bag, the harder the moves will be. Fancy a challenge? Complete the video twice!
TIP: one litre is equivalent to one kilogram.

Quick Homemade Pizzas with #Bwyd
If you’re having trouble thinking of new recipes that are quick to make and tasty at the same time, why not give #Bwyd’s quick homemade pizzas a go? The recipe is easy to follow for both children and adults!
For one pizza, you will need:
- 113g self-raising flour
- 28g margarine
- ½ onion
- 85g grated cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon of mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon of mustard
- Black pepper
- 3 dessert spoons of tomato purée
- A mixture of meat, cheese and vegetables for the topping!
TIP: if someone you’re cooking for is a vegetarian, swap the meat for extra vegetables!

Quick oat cookies with Morfudd
If you, like us, are always juggling multiple things at once, this recipe is perfect for you — it’s quick, tasty, and not too bad for you either!
For 6-8 cookies, you will need:
- 200g oats
- ½ tablespoon plain flour
- ½ tablespoon self-raising flour
- 70g ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40g chocolate of your choice, broken into small chunks
- Pinch of salt
TIP: you can substitute some of the ingredients if you haven’t got them in the cupboard. E.e. you can swap almond milk for cow’s milk or soya milk. You could also use sunflower oil instead of coconut oil.
